The hotel’s ground floor restaurant Humal combines three important features of the food and drink culture – a restaurant, a bar and a pub. The food and drinks menu is mainly based on the old and loved pub culture with a contemporary twist. Humal stays true to its principles of using fresh produce, consuming it locally and valuing it to the maximum extent. This way of thinking gives the freedom to be proud of what is served.


A fresh and rich breakfast buffet is served at restaurant Humal on the ground floor of the hotel. High-quality local and natural produce is preferred. We consider your special requests and also include gluten- and lactose-free and vegetarian options.

It is also possible to order a takeaway Express breakfast.

Restaurant Pompei

made of the best local milk, hand-made pasta and Limoncello prepared from the highest-quality lemons – this is only a part of the story at Pompei.

Pompei’s head chef Erik Enula has mainly been inspired by Italian cuisine. However, all of the food coming out of the kitchen has that certain “something” that makes each dish and dessert unique. The restaurant prioritises high-quality ingredients and excellent flavours. The cheese made at the restaurant is always fresh and made of the best South-Estonian milk delivered to Pompei straight from the farm. One must surely try the fresh pasta, which is hand-made with love and changes in the menu according to season.

Restaurant Kampus

The name Kampus refers to a university campus and was born out of the idea of bringing innovative flavours and experiences to Tartu. This idea has been followed from the get-go, because the solutions on how to reach our guests have been in constant change. We give power and authority to the courage to experiment, to be a flagship and trendsetter, to keep sharing emotions together!

Kampus combines 3 kitchens: the Chef’s Corner, KAUSS and Uulits. Each is unique and distinguishes clearly. The Chef’s Corner has an à la carte-style menu with lighter, more substantial and sweet dishes. The Chef’s Corner also offers fresh oysters in their daily menu.

KAUSS has poké bowls made out of high-quality produce and Uulits offers Tartu’s best hand-made burgers, wraps and fries.
