Wake-Up Service
Sometimes it’s nice to know that someone is there to help you start the day on time.
If you’d like to make sure you don’t oversleep, simply let us know when you would like to be woken up. We can either give you a wake-up call or knock on your door at the agreed time.
Complimentary coffee and tea are available at reception for you to take away.
If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we will also be happy to prepare a small breakfast package for your journey.

To clean the room, please hang a cleaning request notice on the outer link of the door of your room (you can find it on the wall in the room).
If the cleaning request message is not hung on the door, the houskeeping will not clean the room.

For the safety and well-being of our guests, it is the hotel’s policy to clean the room at least on every third day.
Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice before entering an occupied room.

To order the laundry service – place the clothes in a laundry bag, fill out the form attached to the bag and deliver it to the reception.
Ironing supplies (iron or handheld steamer) are available at the hotel reception.
On the 3rd and 4th floors of Art hotel Pallas you will find a cozy library, which was created by our good friend Rahva Raamat.
Hundreds of books from different genres await you on the shelves – fiction, culture, travel and children’s books.
For fun, the library also has dozens of board games for both young and old.
Take time to relax in the library or take your favorite book and game to your hotel room.
Hotel Pallas is a completely smoke-free hotel, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the building.
Smoking is only allowed outside in a place equipped with an ashtray. The fine for smoking in the hotel building is €200.
